Ideas for A Realism Mod / Kill-less Gaming

I'm new to this game and modding it, finding it very immersive with endless potential. But aside from the "Pardon" mod which relies on the conversations bar to spare lives, could someone make something where the a lone opponent automatically starts running at 75% health from conventional damage or when a limb is crippled? Also simulate lowered hit chances at 25% losses to accuracy from the pain and injuries.

 

For example, in groups of 3 or more, adjust damage percentage to 50% health for auto 'chicken' mode and make them stumble away to reflect 'half-dead' their status. If legs are crippled, opponents can crawl away instead on both levels of damage. Here simulate lowered hit chances at 50% losses to accuracy from the pain and injuries.

 

Give em a brain to run with for true realism, and a chance to live ! Also make them run far enough to allow 'fast travel'. Essential NPCs also can be included, this could also be used to bring up a second conversation bar if they are spoken to, to simulate interrogations, demand caps or information with, to kidnap, enslave etc..

 

They do not keep firing back at full accuracy with only a single pip of life left either, just not real. Of course certain inhuman monsters could keep crawling Terminator style even when almost dead but that should be reserved for certain things like robots, Deathclaws or Behemoths.

 

But to reach Saintly status, not a single soul has to die ! (Which leaves that Behemoth clawing it's way through the debris until until doomsday?)
