Shredator Posted May 17, 2010 Share Posted May 17, 2010 I'm plotting out the storyline to a mod I'd like to work on, but I would like to make sure it actually fits in the normal world of Oblivion. So, I'm hoping someone out there knows-Where did magic originate?Is everyone born with magic?Any reference to a time people couldn't control their magic.Just a general background on the history of magic really.
