Equipable Auras Not Showing

Hi I downloaded the Equipable Auras mod and tried to use it. The problem is that when i try to equip one of them they are not showing. The only thing i get is that brief glow/sheen around the character and then that vanishes too.

 

Does anyone know if there is an option in the ini that i might have changed accidentally and causes the problem?

 

Also i post my list of active mods as i suspect the problem is in there but i cant find it. Dont concern yourself with the conlicts as i'm not really interested about playability but for visuals (screenshots):

Aaah, sort your load order. ;) No, really, it should be sorted. It is hard to track anything down. I was going to look for a mod that removes sustained glow effects, but... Anyway, do you have OBMM, and have you set BSA redirection in it (Utilities > Archive invalidation)?

 

Load Ordering - http://sites.google.com/site/oblivionpoinfo/stabilization/outdatedmods <-- 1) grab BOSS 2) use the template on this page to place any plugins it does not recognize (read the BOSS Log) in appropriate locations

 

If you are not using WinXP, it would be helpful if you had Oblivion installed outside of the default folder, Program Files (x86) as well.
