Backface Culling

Basically, backface culling is the 3d term for when the outside of a mesh is visible, but the inside is not.

 

Is there any way to turn this off for specific meshes? It's enabled by default, probably to save the engine work, but it's highly inappropriate for some models. The option would most likely be somewhere in Nifskope, but may also be in CS if it exists.
