So I tried installing Breeze's bodies, Nexus Mod Manager edition, didn't work correctly. Now when I approach Caeser's camp from The North, a pink tint covers the screen and the legionaries all have red error signs around them.

Before I go any further, do any of you recommend I use BOSS to organize my mods? It worked fairly well when I was modding Skyrim.

I didn't take a closer look at your mod list myself, but now I see luthie has a point about the number of plugins. You should try to lower that number by merging some of them if possible.

I have like.. basically "enough" mods to take over the world if I wanted to in my load order, I am trying to merge some, such as make a single WMX patch, a single "performance" patch, a single "realism" patch, etc to combine all similar mods to try to get my load order below 100 (preferably less), anyone know how one could carry out doing so?
