Gore Not working for Deadly Reflex Mod Version 3.2

I have Deadly Reflex mod version 3.2, Its working fine exept I can not see any gore. I read that the default is 10% which is rare. I read that at this setting every 1-20 kills this would happen. I have set it to 100% Still no change. Iv killed like 25 people none at 100%. Is there like a special level you have to be at or sumthin. and what dose it mean in the readme 10 Points required? If theres any other mod for oblivion that has gore ( Torsos ripping in half and decapitation) Please tell me. All I wanted this mod for was gore. Gore dose not get old for me.
