Main Quests Not Working/Freezing

So I can't complete my main quest, or at least that's the only one I've noticed problems with. Here's what happened, I'll try to keep it brief.

1. Vault 112 / Tranquility Lane - I sit in the pod, the pod closes and the screen blurs white... Oh hell... My sight comes back and the monitor in front of me is the Loading Screen... What's this? I can't move!!

I've tried virtually everything console (~) wise (at least I think) and nothing works...

2. Take It Back! (Final Quest in Main Story before Broken Steel should be loaded) - I reach the Purification chamber and I go in to disable it... Okay, working... working... HEY! I'm watching an ending! :D ...but wait... I come to and I'm STILL rolling around on the Purification Chamber floor... Likewise, I've tried everything I can think of

I've included my mods and the load orders, I dunno much about the "right" order, but this is a sensible order from what my ignorance tells me lol

Lemme guess... custom race?

 

Search for "CREBSOR" to fix the purifier part.

I don't know of a non-brute force way to get by Tranquility Lane part.

I would drop the AgeBasedBodys.esm

The way custom races are done in that, the 'younger' and 'older' races of a particular custom race are just more custom races and they are chained together so a script can randomly give the player a race that might be in a 'younger' slot. BS won't start if you are a younger race. It's probably causing problems with TL too.
