Is there an ingame formid finder?

Is there any kind of ingame formid finder for fo3? I used to use this in oblivion (http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=16704), is there anything similar to that for fallout 3? Thanks, -d.

 

 

I used to mod for oblivion and there was an ingame formid finder (http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=16704) but I couldn't find anything for fallout3. Anyone know of one? Thanks, -d.

 

 

Edit: The use of the word "formid" was used in context with a programs name that I used to use. I'm looking for a program that will find a BaseID in-game.
