quests don't start !

hi there!

recently i have re-installed OB and now i have a problem never seen before: quests don't start! i mean all quests... main, factions, others non-related quests...

example1

main quest: when i go to weynon priory and speak with jauffre, nothin happens except for the usual dialogs, like "rumors", "chorrol", etc..., no way to deliver the amulet of kings to jauffre

example2

chorrol mage guild: after speaking with teekeeus, he send me to earana, then... as above, nothing happens except for the usual dialogs, no way to be asked in retrieving a book

in both cases i have used "setstage" function, but the problem appears again at the next quest stages

can anyone help me? is this a mod problem? before i re-installing OB i have never had this problem, even with a lot of mods installed

Also, am pretty sure the SI version of Darker Dungeons contains the regular versions changes, anyway, so one of those plugins should be removed.

this is my mods order in wyre bash version, is the correct way to post it?

i have tried activating only dark dungeons SI esp fil, noting happens... then i have replaced "dark dungeons" with "let there be darkness", but the problem in still present...

also, i have the latest version of OBSE

yes, i'm aware about requirements created by SM refurbish plugins, but are they creating problems with "ordinary" quests? i don't know, but i don't think so...

any suggestions?

SM Plugin Refurbishes delay the DLCs' quests. However, what is that? Could you post your load order. Right-click on the File tab and choose 'List Mods.' I really do not know what that is. It would just be helpful if you only posted your LO.
