Load order help please?

Ive been getting a LOT of crashes recently, plus a VERY large amount of microstuttering. This started after doing a clean install and picking a few new mods. I used loot and i made a merged patch using fnvedit, but im still getting an extreme amount of crashes. However, i did do some minor tweaking recently to the fallout stutter remover and i switched from the wrapper version of enboost to the injector version. I'm not completely sure if i used the injector program correctly, as it was very difficult to find tutorials on how to use it. The edits i did to the config file of fallout stutter remover are as follows:

 

-enabled bReplaceHeap

-Set maximum fps to 45 (that would be good for my pc :p )

-Set minimum fps to 10

-enabled the fpsClamp

 

Also, my mouse broke,so ive had to use my corded 360 controller (maybye this is causing the microstuttering??)
