The new Nexus dock

i just noticed it, its pretty cool. if you haven't its the thing at the bottom of your screen.

it tells you which freinds are online and lets you connect to facebook and other stuff.

There'll be quite a few broken things and stuff to do so prepare for it to change a bit. But plan is to integrate it in to the forums, then integrate it in to the sites with the ability for people to opt out of having the bar at all if they don't like it.

 

Similarly it will all depend on how it affects the server load.

Just a quick reply to say te dock doesn't appear on my iPod. I'm guessing the dock isn't supported by safari?

I like it, its easier to tell whose online or without checking there profile, it makes it so much easier.

Is there any way to turn it off? I'll never use it (no-one in my friendslist visits the Nexus any more), and it just gets in the way imo.

Its a great addition for those who'll use it. I'm just not one of them :P
