Japanese Kabopan witch clothing?

has the player using an amazing witch outfit that I'd love to have. I can't find any English mods with witch hats this good :(

I went through the comments and found that it was named Kabopan, but those, and the rest of my searches just lead to dead links and Japanese text x.x

 

Does anybody know where I can get it?

Thanks a bunch! You just made my day. I was looking around for about an hour and a half x.x I found another great one in the process though so I can't be too upset haha. Indigo Armor (Hat anyways :3 The rest is armor instead of clothing, bleh) if anybody is curious. I'm surprised by the lack of smexy wizardy clothing mods.
