making a fence and stable

To place a stable is the same as any other object. Find it in the Statics list and drag to the render window, then position it to your liking. To create a fence you need to slot together the separate parts...ie fence rails and posts. You'll also find them in Statics. Without opening the CS, I remember wooden fences for stables etc are under Farm buildings. You can also use stone fences, but they are under the various cities.

 

The best thing to do is spend some time looking through the Statics lists and see what's available. You'll be surprised sometimes just what you'll find.
