MikelgardPrime
It is in fact the game. You want to first: launch FO3. Once the Launcher comes up, go to settings, and turn off all anti-aliasing. Hit Play to open client. The main, fullscreen fantabulousness comes up. ctrl+alt+del to get to find and open the task manager. Go to processes and locate the Fallout 3 procees. RIght-click it and first select COmpatability and run it in Windows XP (Service Pack 3). Apply and OK. Hit "Show processes from all users" or appropiate checkbox. Right-click the FO3 process once again, but this time Set Affinity. Run the game on one core (best) or two at max. The game wasn't designed to run on multi-core processors, hence the crashing. It literally thinks itself to death. Thank you for your time.
