mrlamppost
okay, first of all, im not even sure if this is the right place to put this question so please bare with me... so, i have a character, and i have the construction set, i want to know, how to edit my character's face in the construction set because the in-game char. generator is very limited, and also i want to know whether or not it is possible to edit mod-added races this way. thank you in advance. GreatLucifer
If you have the Construction Set, you could do it all.To edit your face, doubleclick on your character (in the list, or 'edit base' in the render window), goto face -> advanced. If you want it even more specific, you'll need a new texture for your face. But trust me, the editor goes a long long way...
Tomlong54210
For future (or current) reference: TESCS Wiki: Face Tab - http://cs.elderscrolls.com/constwiki/index.php/Face_TabTESCS Wiki: Face Advanced Tab - http://cs.elderscrolls.com/constwiki/index.php/Face_Advanced_Tab As for custom races...yes, but it really depends on what you mean by edit... mrlamppost
nope, my saved game characters aren't in the npc list(not sure if this was a misunderstanding), and those are the characters i want to edit. or is there some special file i need as my active file, such as the body mods or cosmetics mods? Is that the issue? If it is: http://sites.google.com/site/oblivionpoinfo/walkthroughs/imexface
mrlamppost
well, kind of. what i want to do, specifically, is to be able to edit my play-character's face with the construction set, and then put it into the game on my character.
Tomlong54210
That is what that walk though is for. Once you import the face into the plugin, it shows up in the NPCs list.
