DingerDan
Your load order looks okay... Your, INI file on the other hand... Did you change the iMultipSample setting? You should run in full screen mod as well. Turn that on.Set 'bUse Joystick' to 0, unless the obvious is true of courseWhat about your keyboard? You may want to set that setting (the one above the joystick) to 1. Try it.Did you read the page I linked? Turn off all of those autosaves. If you do not know which settings I am talking about, see that page again. There are five of them.Set BSA Redirection in OBMM (Utilities > Archive invalidation) ...not having that set probably broke a few things...Change 'iThreads' to 1 (and please read that page I linked.)Set the MP setting to 32. Your INI file.... What happened? There are two copies of every setting... Did you duplicate it or something? No Idea. I think I'll just regenerate it again and start over. And that page was quite ambiguous and hard to read, especially since I can't find my reading glasses lol EDIT: Plus - I only have fullscreen enabled cause people talk to me on MSN a lot. Tomlong54210
Not running in full screen causes trouble for some users. I apologize for the formatting, and that is one of the things that I will be taken care of with the new site. The new site will be constructed this summer, but, as of now, it is still in the planning stages. That flaw with the current site is dually noted. I can do something about that page temporarily, however. Hold on...
bben46
Sometimes background programs like chat and Instant messengers can cause crashes. Oblivion is a greedy program that doesn't like to share.
Tomlong54210
How I can't stand Google Sites formatting?! I could change the color scheme, but that would probably not work out too well on many pages. Imagine reading all of that light blue font on white... I hope the changes I made help some...

I'm getting more and more p***ed of by the second. Now it won't load a game or even start a new one. It just closes. No error message, no nothing. Tomlong54210
All you did was regenerate the INI file? When you change it are you just changing 0's to 1's and vice versa? You should not be adding lines or anything. Is that all that you have changed, the INI file? Edit: Assuming that is the only change you've made, delete the Oblivion.ini file, and relaunch the game. If that works, everything is fine, as far as the INI goes. When you change settings in the INI file, you should be changing the settings (i.e., Delete a "0" and put a "1" there.) Tomlong54210
Do you have Oblivion installed outside of the program files folder? That helps with stability. Two more things: Clean Boot - http://www.ehow.com/how_5331553_clean-boot-windows.html <-- see if the problem is a certain processK-Lite Codec Pack - http://www.codecguide.com/download_kl.htm <-- Use this FIX and RESET your codecs.
