DingerDan
Robert's mod is not a cosmetic mod (in the sense that I am talking about). Ren's and soya's and compilations are the problem. There are a number of wasted mods there because they are simply being overwritten by each other. They are wasting plugin slots (and hopefully not throwing useless data into your save files.) Pick one. Only selected Ren's Hair Mod, and it still nothing's changed :/
Tomlong54210
Did I tweak your INI for you? I thought I did, but I think I did that for multiple users over the past two days. I do not recognize all of your mods... Have you tried deactivating OBGE? Edit: I do not use QQuix, and now I am noticing that your load order does not make sense to me at all... It seems to be just that one. I think it may be because I saved it without those mods activated? EDIT: Yes you did tweak my .ini
Tomlong54210
What race is your character? That might be the problem. Use 'showracemenu' to reselect your PC's feature. Save without closing that menu or your stats will be reset. Edit: Resorting your LO may not help your characters (dis)appearance, but it could definitely help with the crashing. It doesn't crash anymore. And that's the thing, my character's a Mystic Elf, which comes from Ren's Beauty Mod. And ShowRaceMenu crashes oblivion. Edit: Another reason 'ShowRaceMenu' might be crashing is because Ren's mod is not compatible with Robert's mod. If you had tried to make a non-Mystic Elf character, you would not have been able to access her hairs. Robert's plugin is overwriting Ren's mod's changes. Make Ren's mod compatible with Robertv4 or v5: http://sites.google.com/site/oblivionpoinfo/walkthroughs/renrobert <-- Don't forget to remove Robert's plugin afterward, as it will no longer be needed. Lol, zomg it would be nice if you made your instructions less ambiguous, I havn't slept in a while and the last thing I feel like doing is piecing together mile-long sentences :P EDIT: You're still missing a detail - MY OTHER SAVE IS FINE! WITH ELF, AND ROBERTS SEAMLESS MALE AND EVERYTHING! lol. I just don't wanna use it, 'cause it's 22 gameplay hours behind.
Tomlong54210
Which sentences are long? On my screen, none of them are more than a line long, haha. Installing the main plugin should fix the character disappearance issues, so patch that plugin, and use it as your only cosmetic mod. You should not have anymore cosmetic issues after doing that. Happy gaming!- Tomlong54210 Edit: Remember to load up a save before you dropped the main Ren plugin. In your most recent save, your PC is not linked with an existing race, and that is not good. You should also consider doing something about that load order of yours, but that's up to you... ^____^ Edit: Send me a PM if you want the modified Ren plugin, but learning how to make that sort of patch on the fly comes in handy.
