I've read, dont remember where, that these 2 esps :

• HrmnsOblivionScriptOptimizationv1.0.esp

• Mart's Monster Mod – Resized Races.esp

should be kept unchecked if you use bashed patch.

any expert can tell me if is that true? ty

Buggy • HrmnsOblivionScriptOptimizationv1.0.esp <-- remove it

You should deactivate all green-text (mergeable) purple-text (import-only) and italiciized-text (import-only and must be deactivated) plugins BEFORE rebuilding the bashed patch.

Load Ordering - http://sites.google.com/site/oblivionpoinfo/finishinstall/loadorder

Doing that saves plugins slots and increases compatibility among your mods.

I do not know, but I am not interested in finding out because that mods performance improvement is negligible if it offers your setup that .2 - 1 FPS increase at all. There are much better ways to go about optimizing your setup. You might get that kind of boost by defragging your HDD...
