Slofs Playable Xivilai change

Hello im no modder else id do it myself nor do i know where to start but on to the request:

 

As many of you know the Xivilai Race added by Slof has an inborn Stunted Magicka Effect what id like to request is a simple mod that does several things

 

1: Replace the Stunted Magicka effect on the Xivilai race instead with a 20% Weakness to Magicka.

2: Replace the Stunted Magicka effect on the Atronach birthsign to instead be 20% Weakness to Magicka (Stacking to 40% when combined with Xivilai effect)

3: Add a Summon Xivilai Greater power (or Storm Atronach instead or hell even both!) to the Atronach Birthsign.

 

This is to allow Compatibility Between Slofs Male Xivilai(my favorite male race) and Phinix Master Summon(my Favorite summon spell).

 

I know there are Similar effects/mods out there but to my knowledge none with the exact effects i want to achieve and at the same time without making the Xivilai weaker or shorter in any way.

Yeah.. i forgot to ask her before posting.. an oversight on my part, however is that still the case when making a mod for private use?
