Can't get items back after reinstalling PN due to problem with enhanced vision modes

I tried to toggle enhanced vision modes with my Vault-Tec Armor. Nightvision worked fine but when I toggled the next one my game messed up. I had to quit the game and retried several times with the same result. By messed up, I mean the screen started flashing white and blue (http://i.imgur.com/AzlUxew.jpg) and the visor overlay got stuck even when I went into third person or loaded another save.

 

So I reinstalled the mod. Now I've lost all the PN related weapons/armor (and probably the implants too) - I did some research online and found there's a room you can teleport yourself too with all the PN items in it. Except the room doesn't have any of the unique items, the ones I had like the Vault-Tec Power Armor or the Tesla Rifle Prototype. I triple checked the item boxes. So I went to where I first got the weapons in-game so see if they were still there since I had freshly reinstalled the mod. Nope, not there either.

 

So I decided to try and put the items into my inventory directly with console commands. I checked the item ID list https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0AoiEH8ar3jtxdGlzdnVDY3lGUEV5RWhNdXhzRHJBT0E#gid=3 and I checked where PN.esm was in the load order - 05

 

However the command player.additem 05714378 1 has not worked. The game says it doesn't recognise the item ID. I tried changing the first two digits, thinking maybe I had got the load order wrong. Nothing worked. I tried a different item. Nothing works.

No idea what to do now.

Remember that Project Nevada is split into modules. There are no new armor or weapons in the Core module, they are all in the Equipment module, so you need to use the mod index for that one.

Is that Cyberware.esp? I tried using that as the index as well to no avail.
