That looks pretty much just the stock d-elf face. I replicated it from just reseting the shape, moving the age slider to 1/4 from the left, and the other to about 1/4 from the right.

Ren's Hair 9 and the stock blue eyes included in the mod, and apart from a slightly darker skin tone (due to a low light environment) it's spot on.

 

You may have to set the mouth shape to a tad sadder, but it's personal preference, the actual face shape is almost identical.
