Installed mods seems to be corrupting

I've noticed within the last couple days that items added through mods in my game, which have worked perfectly before, are starting to use the big yellow box of "no mesh found" (I don't know the real name of it). As an example, several mods I have use Rindir's staffs to add new items. I just walked into the shop earlier today and the yellow boxes were all over the store. Since they are doing that I am no longer able to use the mods, and in one case it has corrupted a save file. I've already run a virus scan and it didn't find anything, does anyone know why this might be happening?

Yellow "no mesh found" markers mean indicate that the mod has not been installed properly. The game is not finding the meshses. Correct the installation of those mods.

But the mods were working correctly, for months they were fine. It is only in the last couple days that mods that were working fine have started to appear like that.

How many plugins do you have in your data folder?

Edit: Have you tried reinstalling any of these mods?

I'm not sure of the exact number, but I know its more then 200.

I've tried reinstalling a few, but it didn't have any effect, the yellow boxes were still showing up.

Do you know which mod the yellow boxes are coming from?
