RedSquirrel
Hi,I imported a dxf (Autocad) model into blender and exported it as a nif, following instructions from various tutorials. I can see the model in Nifskope and the GECK. However, in both places the textures don't show up. I have the textures in dds format (edited from other Fallout textures) in the location that the model in Nifskope is looking for them. Is there a step maybe when exporting from Blender that I missed, that says the model can support a texture, or something like that? If anyone can tell me any basic places to look when a texture doesn't show up on a model, even though it is in the correct location, please let me know.. thanks!! ProsperXoXo
1. Is the UV Map correct ? 2. Shading (F5), Textures (F6), did you set the textures there? 3. Map Input should be set to UV 4. If you have your .nif and .dds in their correct folders, open up the .nif and try to find an options menu which has a button for detecting game paths automatically.
