delink
I have been trying to install and run Wrye Bash. Installed Python 2.5.2 as well as the recommended programs on wryebash.netai.net. Wyrebash Launcher wouldn't work and there was no bug dump file so I am assuming I messed up my installation or my load order. Any suggestions on how to finish the program, what I did wrong or if there is a proper load order?
Tomlong54210
As long as Oblivion is installed outside of the default folder (if you are on Vista or Win7) use the instructions on the page linked below. It should take no time at all to get Wrye Bash up and running. Wrye Bash - http://sites.google.com/site/oblivionpoinfo/prep/wrye-bash Edit: ...give it 5 minutes with the downloads. delink
Well while I have this thread still up I might as well ask another question: Can I use this tool to change the race of a vanilla/mod NPC to a custom race?
delink
Let me clarify that, am I able to allow compatibility to mods that change the Race of NPC in both Vinilla Ob and a mod?
Tomlong54210
You should use TES4Edit for that. That is another great tool to get to know. TES4View/Edit - http://sites.google.com/site/oblivionpoinfo/tunesetup/tes4view-editWalkthroughs - http://sites.google.com/site/oblivionpoinfo/walkthroughs <-- some random stuff that may be helpful in figuring out how to use TES4Edit
