{WIP} Carleto City - Help Required - AI Package Author & Dialogue

I am currently working on a large scale city project named Carleto City, and due to the fact that I'm not good with AI Packages and that I need some help.

I need someone who is capable of making AI Packages for the following circumstances,

1. Guard Patrols (There is no double Guard NPC, all are uniquely id'd.)

2. Civilians need to Wander, Eat, Sleep, Sit and Talk)

Also

I require somebody who can create dialogue for the NPC's. Such as unique greeting's, and a Carleto City topic and that.

You might wish to post some more information on you mod. Things like:

 

Where the city is located.

What is special about the city.

What you do when you visit the city.

What services are provided in the city.

What kinds of quests, adventures, dungeons, challenges, and unique experiences are associated with the city.

Ill do that in a main thread. This is just to get some AI and dialogue people in. Ill need quests later as well... Ill make another thread for the main things
