Walruscopter Posted August 30, 2014 Share Posted August 30, 2014 I was thinking that it was odd that there hasn't been (that I've seen) any attempts to reduce the unnatural way most trees meet the ground. I've seen that there's a mod to add lower branches to pinetrees which is looking very promising, couldn't something similar be done at the bases of other/some appropriate trees? An addition to hide the seam or at least make it more subtle/natural? I'm concerned that it would be an enormous task but it seems like it should be possible. If it was an attachment for the trees it would pobably be a nightmare to do as every tree is sunk into the ground different amounts, unless you could get the "attachment" to detect ground level, which may be fine judging by the CK's abiltiy to do so. Could it be done as/like an effect on the ground at the base of trees like a sort of "wrapping" instead if that failed, no need to worry about placement that way? Just a thought.
