Minor Glitch

This bug has been annoying me as of late...It was probably a result of my use of the stuck animation fixer. anyway, does anyone have a fix? here is a screenshot of the problem:

Are you taking about the "Config Resetting"? You are missing a file needed by the game. Have you added or deleted a race/cosmetic mod or a mod that changed your statistics/base attributes?

yes, i'm talking about the "config resetting" that message will not stop spamming in my console whenever I open it up.

 

the last thing i did was use the animation fixer (link)

 

I have changed my stats with KCAS as well, however this problem has never occurred with it before so I don't think that's it.

 

I also slowed down my magicka regen rate with the mod Tougher Regen Settings

 

however i have already written over my old saves, so reverting back with this character is not possible.

 

upon further research, when I start a new character, this problem does not exist--it is only with my old character.

Do you have OBSE installed, the latest version? Also, your load order is in chaos. Please, sort it.

yes, i have the latest version of obse. yeah, my load order is a mess, however; the last time I used boss to sort it, it messed it up so bad i had to reinstall oblivion. my current load order runs consistently without CTDs--i've had as long as a 12 hour session without a single CTD.

 

another thing I notice, is that a message along the lines of 'obse verision has been updated 18beta5--->18beta6' spams a little as well (however i'm almost positive i have the stable version 18 installed), but no where near as much as "config resetting" additionally, neither of these messages spam on new characters

Be 100% sure, and install v18 stable from a fresh download.

okay, I installed a fresh obse, and still have the problem. Also, it just happened on my new save with my new character...

 

edit: right when i made a new character, the problem did not exist. I have a save where the problem does not occur. However I did overwrite some of the broken saves with the new saves...could that have caused the conflict to then happen on the new saves?

I'd start checking whichever of those mods that are OBSE-dependent.
