Not able to load another mod without CTD

I have mods already installed and they work fine, trouble is when i try to install another mod, the game CTD's. here is my load order .....

Ive even gone so far as to uninstall everything and re-install. Would really appreciate some help on this. Is it a memory issue?

Any mod really, doesnt matter what mod i try to install it causes a crash.
