Ahh. Well, then I think you just forgot to add the textures in the folder, or put it in the wrong folder. Redownload the mods (or eventually find the original zipped files or whatever) and be sure to put the textures in the right place. If that doesn't work, then there's something wrong with the mods.

Yeah but it's not working now, is it? You should re-download and re-install the weather mod, since Birrii is right on that. Somehow you or a mod deleted your sky textures without touching the cloud ones.

And eehmm Birii... I know you're trying to help, but re-installing oblivion would not work... Every texture is packed into a .bsa and cannot be changed by hand unless he extracted it for some reason. This has to be a weather mod, and one that doesn't replace the vanilla weather textures, but creates new ones with new weather.

If the mod doesn't work after re-installing, that's too bad, but it's broken

I was debugging for a bit, and I realised it was after I disabled some COBL resources. That was for the reason of most races having black holes for eyes.

Fix your load order, and some of your problems might go away.

 

_Ren_BeautyPack_onlyhairs.esp <-- Remove this. Use one Ren plugin. I have no idea what COBL has to do with this, but the mod installation reflected by that LO has a number of errors, without many mods installed either.

 

 

Edit: Make sure you have BSA redirection set in OBMM as well.
