Magic Item Leveling Box

You know I hate doing many quests early on as the items you often get are leveled and become useless as you continue to adventure. I really liked what the Knights of the Nine mod did in that putting the armor on the rack reset it's values to your current level.

 

Well I would like a box or something that does the same with any leveled item you get in the game. Say I get a leveled item at level 3. Then at level 15 I put it in the box and take it back out and it's reset to my current level.

 

Maybe you wouldn't even need a box. What if the next time you load your game the items automatically reset.

 

Is this possible? Seems it would be considering the Nine mod does it.

 

Has it already been done? If so where is the mod?

I use Quest Award Leveler which automatically levels spells, sigil stones, and loot as you gain levels. There is also a patch for this mod. Should do everything you are asking for.
