SpellAndShield Posted May 27, 2010 Posted May 27, 2010 anyway...I am dual wielding the voice of velvet and have tons of dex enhancing equipment but the damage will not go up; I think I have dex 87 total +240% crit and I do only 17 damage on average per hit and back stabs are only doign maybe 40...could someone possibly tell me what is wrong with my game or what file it is or something? I can't play dual wielding rogues because of this and it drives me crazy. Any help would be very, very appreciated! Other weapons might also be affected but it is daggers that seem to be the biggest problem...thank you!
SpellAndShield Posted May 27, 2010 Author Posted May 27, 2010 OK, I have been experimenting...and only daggers seem to be affected. Another thing; it is the dex attribute. When I wear the ring of sutblety nothing happens except for my attack score going up. Damage is unaffected. Certain armours affect attributes and others don't...jeez...what could possibly be going on?
RustyBlade Posted May 28, 2010 Posted May 28, 2010 i could be wrong but my impression of the way it works is that cunning has more effect on damage than dexterity.
