Problem running two monitors

Okay, so I like to run a two monitor setup but i have a small problem. When playing a game on my main monitor sometimes I like to have youtube playing on the second, but when the game starts the window i have opened on the second monitor snaps down and clips into the side of the screen and I am unable to see half the video. Is there a fix for this or reason behind it?

Sounds like a resolution problem, try setting your game to the monitors native resolution

My games are set to my monitors resolution. Another weird thing is that if the game is optimized with Geforce experience the problem is gone. I'm trying to figure out how it is optimized atm.
