CTD Immediately after loading

I just made a clean reinstall of Oblivion so I could install FCOM and all of my other mods properly, but my game CTDs right after it's done loading. I'm pretty sure its a mod conflict, because I had no other problems playing the game beforehand. FCOM was installed correctly, so I think it's another mod that's causing the crash. Can anybody figure anything out just from my mod list?
