Finish Volare! without going underwater

The idea is that i don't really know why but i'm afraid of going underwater in some games like this one, when i get close to the lake my brain gets like "No! don't go there, don't swim in the lake and even less dive to the bomber".

 

This makes me unable to finish Volare! and thus i can't enjoy the game as much as i could without this fear.

 

My idea is something like a new speech option with Loyal where he gives you a "gun" that deletes the ballasts of your inventory and finishes the quest in a normal way (I tried using "completequest [Volare! id]" and Pearl accepted to help, but when speaking to the ambassador he kept speaking as if i never got the boomer's help even after using "rfd" on him)

 

Any mods that do the trick or simply suggestions of command chains that let me complete Volare! in a "normal" way (exept for the diving part) are welcome.

 

Thanks for reading even if you don't create a mod for me/others like me if i'm not the only one

 

Ps: Also, if mine is a real phobia with a name i would like to know the name just for the lol

Ok. I tried some other stuff but I had no luck. I know the command to make the quest instantly complete
(it's either setstage FF5DF 60 or setstage FF5DF 110)
I tried some other commands (including playing with the quest variables) but no luck

Here are all the gamebro quest commands (the <base id> for the quest is FF5DF):

*movetoqt - move player to current quest target
*showquestlog - show the quest log, everything the player has encountered and done
*getqc <base id> - checks if the current quest is complete. if true = 1 false = 0
*resetquest <base id> - reset quest
*sqs <base id> - list all quest objective levels (stages). Use with setstage.
*getstage <base id> - gets the objective level of a quest.
*setstage <base id> <Quest Objective> - sets a quest to an objective level. Useful for resetting bugged scripts
*CompleteAllObjectives <base id> - sets all currently obtained objectives for the quest to a completed status. Useful for bypassing a bugged or broken objective
*sqt - list current quest targets
*sqv <base id> - list quest variables
*set <"base id".variable> to <value> - change quest variable to value NOTE: Requires quotes around the base id of the quest
Example: In New Vegas, set "000E61A5".MetRangerAndy to 1 will fix Raul's quest if you've already spoken to Ranger Andy before you recruit him.

If your problem is with entering the water you could try move to movetoqt to move right to the place where the flotation stuff needs to be placed, place it then use movetoqt to get out (but obviously only if you know you will be fine with it)

Flamenx, you deserve a ton of cookies, i used "setstage 000ff5df 110" and talked to Pearl, then to the ambassador and everything worked as if i did recover the plane, i even got the flightsuit. Yet, Loyal kept speaking as if i never recovered the plane, but don't care.
