Looking for good dual wield mod

I'm looking for a good dual wield mod that is:

 

1. Only active for the player.

2. Only goes into dual wield stance if you actually have something equipped in your off hand.

3. Is compatible with both 1st and 3rd person.

4. Actually has an attack animation that uses your off hand weapon.

 

I don't want DMC stylish or Seph's dual wield mod. DMC is 3rd person only, and Seph's applies to all characters, even computers, and it acts as if you have something equipped in your off hand, even if you don't. I may want to make a character one day that only uses one single handed weapon, and I don't want it to look like they are swinging around some invisible weapon. Seph's would do that.

 

Any suggestions?

None exist that does all you require. However, Unnecessary Violence is probably the best Dual Wield mod out there.
