Newbie needs help with scripting

Why hello there.

 

I have no experience in scripting, so i need your help to get this done in a timely fashion.

 

My goal is to make a script that spawns hundreds of cheese wheels and slices at a point in the sky in front of the player, creating a cheese rain on whatever is in front of me. (for about 5-10 seconds or so)

 

I have read the basic tutorials and know how to add a custom script to a spell/object etc., but i'm not sure how i would achieve this.

 

My first try was using PlaceAtMe, but it's rather limited in where you can spawn objects.
