Moonshadow Elves option Ring

Recently I have downloaded the Moonshadow Elves mod

I want to disable the 'moonshadow blossom' which I find an rather annoying effect (glow etc.) but I've sold the ring.

Also, any other races I should take a look at? Is there an addon that skips the reading of books when you want to loot them (with a shortcut or something)

I am not familiar with mod in question, but it sounds like the ring controls the mod options. You sold the ring and can't control the mod anymore. So now you need to acquire another ring.

 

Options:

 

(1) Deactivate the mod. Play. Save. (Create a clean save.) Reactivate the mod and get your new ring.)

 

(2) Go into the CS and edit your version of the mod to add another ring to the world where you can go get it.

 

(3) Use console a code to add another ring to your inventory. This to me is the hardest solution because you might have to open the CS to get the form ID number of the ring, and then you would have to consult OBMM or Wrye Bash or something to figure out what order the mod loads in so that you can figure out the first two digits of the form ID for use in the console code.
