Sudden unnecessary violence issues

So, I've been using the Ultimate 3rd person mod in combination with Unnecessary Violence. It's been working great. I used the compatibility ini document that was included in the ultimate 3rd person mod. The only thing that triggered the problems is when the third person mod was making it difficult to click on a trapdoor that I needed to enter, so I disabled it for a second and reloaded the game.

 

For some reason, every time I use the off handed attack in unnecessary violence now, it has a chance to crash the game. It doesn't do it every time, but I usually doesn't take any more than 4 or 5 attacks. This is both with ultimate 3rd person and without it activated. I even uninstalled and reinstalled unnecessary violence, and it still does it.
