Burbinator Posted May 31, 2010 Share Posted May 31, 2010 When you dled FWE you should've got an optional .esp called alternate travel. It disables fast travel unless you use your motorcycle and you can also use caravans to travel from one city to the next, although you cannot directly travel to every city from one so it might take a few jumps. Also believe it costs double the caps to travel somewhere you have not visited before.
