Burbinator
Fose is herehttp://fose.silverlock.org and the download is in the link the guy provided. Look for download alpha11 fomod. Download that, then put the file with the .fomod extension in your fomm/mods directory. Open up FOMM, click package manager, click on DUI, and click on activate package (or install or whatever). You probably also want to download the alpha11 hotfix, once you have the .fomod installed just overwrite whatever is in your data folder with the hotfix. Once you have it installed, open up FO3 and start up a game. You wont' get it looking exactly like it is in the screen, you'll have to customize it. Once you've loaded up a character, hit esc to go to the menu. Under all the other menu options should be the settings for DUI (forget what it's called) click on that and you can get it to show your resistances, encumbrance, and so on, and also whether to show these stats as bar or % etc.
