Could we get a table of contents on the Terms of Service page?

The ToS is a lot of information to get through, but as users we are expected to read all of it, and if we miss a rule and get into trouble for it, on our own heads be it. The rules are all there.

 

As a result, I tend to check the ToS a lot out of paranoia, and it would be hella easier if it had a navigation tool. A table of contents with jump-to links for each section, or something along those lines. Can't speak for others, but it would make the information more accessible and easier for me to consume, personally.
