Rivet City entrance mesh disappeared

The entire staircase-thing at the entrance, before the bridge, has just disappeared. When I was walking up to the location, the people and objects usually on it were just floating in midair, but when I got close they fell to the ground, except for some immovable containers that remained floating. I had to toggle collision to be able to enter, because I couldn't figure out what would cause it to disappear, and I'm not sure how to fix it..

 

Rivet City in general seems to be a buggy location for some reason. I haven't had any problems anywhere else, no crashes at all, but for some reason I get to/near Rivet City and get multiple crashes within 10 minutes, and then this problem. If there's a way I can just re-add the entrance that would be great, but I haven't used GECK or anything too much, so I"m not very familiar with how it works or how to use it. So any advice would be really helpful.

 

I recently copied my data folder to a new laptop, and it worked fine on the other computer, so I don't know which mod would cause the problem, or why it'd happen now and not on the other computer, since I"m using all the same mods, haha. Anyway, if it would help, here's my load order:

Not in a while, I tried it on the other computer, but it seemed to cause more problems than fixed, haha. I probably did something wrong, but with the merged patch, it kept crashing when starting. I could give it another shot, though, if I can't find any other solution.

 

Like I said, though - it's pretty stable everywhere else, this is the only major problem I've had. If I could just replace the entrance somehow that'd be great. Maybe I should make sure there wasn't any problems when transferring the stuff in the data folder? Seems like a strange problem to be caused by a mod.

If I had to bet, FOOK is messing with you. Disable FOOK, load your save, and make a new save. Restart fallout and load that new save (this completely remove references to FOOK in your mod). If it fixes anything, then you might want to check out the FOOK forums to see if they have a hotfix or if anyone else has had the problem and fixed it. Either that or consider just using coc to move around rivet city and try to work around the issue.
