FPS crash after closing Inventory/Map

Pretty much, I'll [Tab] to open my inventory or map or what have you. I might go changing things in the inventory, or just looking at the map or my stats. Doesn't matter how long I'm in the menus. But once I exit out and get back into play, it'll go from my usual mid-40 fps and crash down to the single digits, and this will last indefinitely until I restart the game. Going back into the [Tab] menus or the main menu, the fps will go back to normal while in the menu. I can be playing for several hours or just 5 minutes, it just seems to happen at random. I'm not sure if it's a mod that has started doing this or not, but I'll post up the load order if it'll help.
