Operation anchorage mesh issue

I started playing my aperation anchorage dlc and everything is pretty much fine but each time I come to the health regenerators and ammo boxes there a a bunch of missing mesh exclamations. I have been searching around and trying to see if it was a mod issue. so far I havent found any cause or solution.

 

I decided and come and ask for assistance.

If u can try to download from live again or install it again, maybe you miss some of files.
