Incredibly annoying view distance problem

Well, like the topic title says, I have a view distance problem that's irritating the hell out of me. It only occurs in the DC Mall area. For some reason, the view distance in that area is drastically short, to the point where if I'm standing near the Museum of Technology I can't see the Washington Monument at all, it's somewhere off in the fog. Buildings that should be perfectly visible don't come into view until I'm practically on top of them. Every other worldspace is completely unaffected and has the proper view distance. Here's my mod list, but I will start by saying that I've checked the worldspace and weather entries for the DC Mall in FO3Edit and there do not appear to be any changes to the draw distance settings that would cause this, which is why I'm at a loss at this point. It's not exactly game-breaking but it really kills immersion and it's a bit annoying because I keep stumbling into Super Mutant patrols.

Not sure if those are in the right order or not, but that's what FOMM showed me. Thanks in advance if anyone can figure out what direction to point me in. If needed, I can post screenshots since in my current game I just got to the Mall and it's clear enough of enemies that I can wander about and take screenshots.
