lizardskin Posted June 2, 2010 Share Posted June 2, 2010 My mod request is simple. Could someone please change the color of the Mabari hound party member to black. I've seen black hounds through out the game, so there must be a texture for it somewhere. I've done quite a bit of searching but still have been unable to find a mod which does this. You have to put the primary mod in your override, and then the texture pack that you want to use.Now, one other note. SOMETIMES The dog's textures get a little bit strange and don't load correctly on a game that's already in progress. Works perfectly on new games. This is NOT the mod's fault. Its because the game sometimes has issues changing an item that it's already loaded. For instance if I created a sword, and put it in game. Then I decided to change the stats on the sword, and then overrite my original file... the sword would still be the same, until I created a NEW one in game. (that was sorta the point of changing his color, the caddis jsut looks stupid)I could just turn him into Witherfang with the console command (which never actually occured to me) and call it a day >_< or am I not understanding something? (I've been running mine as a wolf for so long that I totally forgot about it).Actually, yeah.... now that you mention it, you Could just change his appearance with console, and call it good.
