new mods not working on savegame, wyre bash not opening

hey, just trying to add a few mods like keychain and book placement etc, etc, but the new mods arent loading on my savegame at all. they work on a new game, though.

please help.

 

wyre bash doesn't wanna load either idk whats up, i just installed it and the wyre python
