anokii
Hi all, Apologies in advance if this has been covered before - a search with the word pause or delay just isn't good. Right - I've been experiencing an issue lately that has me both bugged and perplexed, I'm hoping that someone has seen and knows the fix.First of all it is semi-random with the only commonality being length of time in-game, another words this problem seems to occur anytime after 45 minutes of real time. The problem that occurs is that when you access a container or NPC inventory there is a significant delay before the inventory screen shows on the screen, during the pause/delay the game is in suspended animation in that the mouse / keyboard etc are all frozen until the inventory screen comes up, this delay from the time you click on "Open" until the screen shows can be up to 7 seconds. It also appears that if you are in a smaller cell (for example Ian's house in Arefu) and experience the problem - leave the house - and then reenter, the problem disappears, however I'm assuming this has more to do with caching perhaps? I think I've tried all of the normal troubleshooting steps: - disable AV / network / services - disabled recent mods- defrag- video drivers update / check This has happened since everything was originally setup so there isn't a real known working configuration. Any ideas or suggestions?

Doc543
it will also lag continually if you have a lot of different stuff in your inventory. (I looted every test container of 20th century mod lol)
