Arrow of insineration

okay im starting this post because i cannot find anything anyware else about these arrows, i have many many mods installed on my oblivion and one of them has given low level archers, like simple skeletons and theives with bows "iron arrows of insineration" that do 2000pts of fire damage, for 100ft in 100 seconds. and since there archers they see you before you see them, and they fire this godly arrow and its VERY ANOYING i have to walk around with god mode on simply because there is no avoiding it.

 

if anyone else has any information on what mod owns these arrows, or any other information on how to get rid of the item entirely from the game it would be greatly apreciated

i have solved this problem

any other users having this problem, (specificly this belongs to an ESP file titled "new.esp") but any other users having similar problems should get the Refscope tool by wyzard
