Creating Leveled Lists of Weps etc for My Midwest BoS Mod

Hey I really would like some help with my Mid-Western Brotherhood of Steel Faction Mod dealing with making new leveled lists of weapons + Armors

I want Npcs to spawn say with a different Minigun or so, you know what I mean

I require assistance in that area as frankly I do not know how.

 

I have looked into it but my Geck crashes when I just click and browse about what is what.

 

You see when you come across a BoS Outcast and they have a Minigun, and you hit console and click on then and type in "Resurrect" they mite respawn with a Missle Launcher or Gatling Laser, thats what I want help with.

 

Adding custom weapons to leveled lists so that they have a random chance of spawning with weapons in that leveled list.

 

Same goes with Armor if possible.

 

I can and at this moment working on the Main Base + adding NPCs etc but like to have them spawn with random weps sometimes
